Nintendo DS : Puzzle League
I am a sucker for puzzle games, ever since Tetris on the gameboy back in the 90's they are the easiest games to get me hooked.
The latest one to grab me is Puzzle League, its a block dropping and dragging game in the same vein as Tetris but its just a bit different.
There are a few other modes to give you something else to play but the basics are the same.
Coloured blocks push up from the bottom of the screen and you have to drag them left or right to get 3 or more to match. When they d they dissapear and anything on top of them drops down.
A nice little game, maybe not the most original game but its still nice to pick it up and play for 15 mins now and again.
RA
Played my first game of RA last night and its a great game. It relies on an auction mechanic that deals out tiles to the players. The players then score the tiles over three rounds, or epochs.
Its a really nice game that flows well after you wave worked out the scoring method. As a Reiner game there are multiple ways of scoring none of which are guaranteed to win the game.
The quality of the pieces is high, nice thick card tiles and chunky wooden sun and RA pieces.
This game has been added to my wish list and is creeping up my favorite games list.

Battle More
Most people snack while they are gaming, and trying to fuse both together into an edible eating experience would be great.
Welcome to BattleMore, I call it the M&M variant. Simply buy a couple of packets of M&M's both the peanut and chocolate variety, both on sale at a 2 for £2 in your local supermarkets.
Setup using the peanut ones as cavalry and the smaller chocolate ones as infantry and play as per normal. With the exception of the winner gets to eat the loosers casualties.
i am now on the lookout for a chocolate spider!
